We are a strategic design agency working in small teams to solve big challenges. A core collective of designers, researchers, strategists and technologists driven by company culture and a passion for exploring, imagining, prototyping and testing ideas.
We want to improve the quality of everyday life, and affect change, by creating real solutions for real people that have a meaningful impact.

CO-OP – DESIGNING THE FUTURE OF CAR INSURANCE
Co-op insurance asked the team to help them understand consumer expectations when interacting with their Car Insurance product.
Examining the service from both the customer and business perspective, generated problems, barriers and opportunities, supported by cross-departmental discussions helped start to inform design discussion for the ideal future user journey.
To support tangible strategic recommendations, we created a prioritised opportunity backlog with supporting business cases.
CANYON - PACKAGING INNOVATION FOR BETTER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Strategically developing customer-centric experiences is the focus of our design with Canyon. One of the biggest identified area for improvement was the unboxing experience. Customers are always excited to receive their new Canyon bike, but a lack of appropriate instructions or a clear process for assembly created misunderstanding for riders.
With this in mind, Canyon asked us to rethink the Welcome Toolkit in order to create a positive first impression for the product.
WELLCOME TRUST – APPLYING DESIGN TO INCREASE FUNDING FOR MENTAL HEALTH RESEARCH
“How might we make public engagement a core part of mental health science? ”
To tackle the above design challenge we took a human-centred approach, synthesised findings and broke into sub teams to maintain collaborative pace. We spoke to people with lived experience, interviewed experts, experienced best-in-class products, created prototypes and facilitated workshops to inform understanding.
WELL PHARMACY – SERVICE TRANSFORMATION FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Repeat prescription dispensing is a core pharmacy activity and a source of revenue to Well Pharmacy.
This project focussed on simplifying and improving the process of managing repeat prescriptions in store for staff and customers.
Meeting customers and speaking to pharmacists helped us understand the challenges around prescriptions ordering and how human errors often contribute to break points in the service.
